So you own a 2014-2019 GM 2500 and it's finally time to put some wheels and tires on it!
But how do you know what's going to fit?
You could spend a few hours browsing forums to find fitment specs.
You could stick around and take a look at our very simple guide where we show you exactly what is going to fit!
We're going to talk about what fits a GM 2500 with a leveling kit, a 6 inch lift kit, and a 8 inch lift kit!
1. Leveling Kit
If your truck currently has a leveling kit installed, then you should be able to fit a 9 wide wheel with a 295/55
You could also run a 10 wide wheel with a 33x12.5
Both of these setups require minor plastic trimming, with the 10 wide requiring just a little more than the 9.
2. 6 Inch Suspension Lift
If you're currently running a 6 inch lift kit, then you can expect to be able to fit a 12 wide wheel with 35's.
This is an extremely common setup.
We even tend to see this setup in the 1500 trucks also, but of course they will require more trimming.
3. 8 Inch Suspension Lift
And finally, if you're running an 8 inch lift on your 2500, then we start to see people still running the 12 wides.
The difference here is that they now are running a 37x13.5 tire.
This gives them a little bit of a wider tire, while still maintaining the same wheel size.
We hope this helped you decide what wheel and tire setup you want for your 14-19 GM 2500.
