Are they good? Are they bad? Are they more than just looks?

Based out of the United States in Carrollton, Texas. VersaTyre is a new name in the aftermarket tire game, but they’ve actually been in business since February of 2011. Under the same umbrella as the more familiar HD-Pro wheels and HD-Luxx wheels. VersaTyre’s mission is to provide unique sizes for all types of builds from the simple all the way up to the most custom, SEMA style show trucks.
Their company motto is, “Everything else is just a tire” and if that doesn’t give you an understanding of who they are, I don’t know what else will. Being enthusiasts themselves, VersaTyre saw the need in the market for unique tire sizes that fit the bill for the show market of today. This is why you’re going to see them offer quite a variety of sizes and widths.
In terms of the company themselves, they’re actually a pretty good size. They have 4 total factories that produce their tires. They employ over 70 total employees worldwide, with the majority of them being located in the state of Texas.
Building off of the success of the TRX lineup, VersaTyre doubled down and launched their MT and MXT Off-Road line of tires. We are going to primarily focus on these today. You’re going to see tires ranging from 20” all the way up to 26” diameters, but they do also the TRX 5000, in a 305/25R32. Offering these niche sizes is part of what makes VersaTyre so special and it really helped to put them on the map when it comes to tires in the market today.
So what makes VersaTyre different? Great question, VersaTyre dropped the first 36” tire sizes with tire widths that support the bigger and wider wheels in today's market. Additionally, VersaTyre puts a ton of focus on studying and analyzing the market to see what they can change or improve with their product.
One thing we found really awesome about them is that they actually tend to mount and balance a little easier than some of the other tires available. This makes them overall a little easier to work with if you’re setting the bead yourself.
The MXT is probably the most exciting tire in their lineup. It offers a great ride quality, relatively low noise (it is a mud tire so it’s going to make some noise), and a directional tread pattern that looks good and offers great performance.
