These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the Ambassador Program through https://www.customwheeloffset.com (the “Site”), as provided by Enthusiast Enterprises, Inc. (referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require) (the “Ambassador Program” or “Program”). These Terms are subject to change by us without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” referenced on the Site. You should review these Terms prior to applying for, and periodically during your time participating in, the Ambassador Program. Your continued participation in the Ambassador Program after the “Last Updated Date” will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
These Terms are an integral part of the Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions that apply generally to our Site. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before participating in the Ambassador Program or placing an order for products or services through this Site. The Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.
WHAT IS A BRAND AMBASSADOR & HOW DOES IT WORK?
An Ambassador is someone who believes in the Custom Offsets name and the products we host. This Program allows you to showcase the products you recommend to your followers through any social media category and earn points back on recommendations made by you. These referrals can be word of mouth, over social media, or another unique avenue to garner more traffic to Custom Offsets! You'll earn points when you refer sales, whether it's in person or online. Every point you earn is a dollar you can spend on our Site.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A BRAND AMBASSADOR?
Being a Custom Offsets Ambassador should be easy if you love trucks as much as we do. Our Ambassador Program puts the ball in your court. The more active you are, the more points and rewards you will earn. It's up to you to grow your audience and refer sales, which will earn you in-store credit for every sale. Ambassadors also have a better chance of being featured on our socials.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BEING A BRAND AMBASSADOR?
Ambassadors must actively promote our brands, including posting content that we provide. If an you do not post content that we provided, or have not sent any sales or gained any Ambassador points over the course of ninety (90) consecutive days, we reserve the right to remove you from the Ambassador Program at our discretion.
We shall retain ownership and all rights to any content that we provide to you, including but not limited to any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. You shall not: (i) modify any content we provide to you; (ii) use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text; and/or (iii) delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from content, unless we expressly agree in writing.
You agree that you will not: (i) without our prior written consent, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any content we provide; (ii) submit, display, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) submit, display, or transmit any content for which you do not own or have the necessary and appropriate rights; (iv) submit, display, or transmit any spam, duplicative messages, unauthorized promotions or advertisements, surveys, contests, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; (v) forge headers, create a false identity, or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any content you post (or post on behalf of the Company); (vi) post any content that threatens, defames, abuses, assaults, stalks, harasses or otherwise violate the rights of any other person or entity, including without limitation rights of privacy or publicity;(vii) publish, post, display, offer, or disseminate any profane, obscene, indecent, unlawful, terroristic, violent, or hateful content; (viii) collect, store, publish, post, sell, transmit, or disclose personal data about any other person or entity without consent of such party; or (ix) post content in anyway that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
WHAT ARE THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM REWARD POINTS? HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Every point you earn is equal to $1 to spend on our Site. You must earn sixty (60) points before you can redeem them on the Site.
You will accrue points based on sales made by your referral, in accordance with the below:
Referrals are when someone makes a purchase on our Site and either uses your custom link to the checkout or chooses your name on the “Who Sent You” drop-down during checkout. (Your custom link will be listed on the main dashboard of your Ambassador account when you log into the Site). The more referrals you bring in, the more points you have to spend on our Site.
Points shall accrue on a rolling twelve (12) month basis. Any accrued points shall expire and not be redeemable by the Ambassador if not used within twelve (12) months anniversary of such accrual. Points may be used for the purchase of any product listed on the Site. Taxes and shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the Ambassador, and points shall be used for payment of same, unless otherwise agreed by us.
HOW TO REDEEM AMBASSADOR PROGRAM REWARD POINTS?
When you want to redeem your points and buy something from our Site, you just need to be logged into your account. Then, at checkout, you will see a payment option to use your Ambassador Program points. Our Terms and Conditions apply to all Ambassador Program sales.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM ACCOUNT?
When you are on our site, you will see the “my account tab” on the top right. Then, you can log into the account you made when you submitted an application. After logging in, it should bring you straight to your Ambassador Program dashboard which includes your referral link, referrals you have earned, points you've earned, your personal info/if you need to update it, etc.
