Yes they do! This 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 is running Anthem Off-Road Enforcer 20x12 wheels, GT Radial Radial A/t 35"x12.5" tires with Rough Country Suspension Lift 6" suspension, and needs Minor Plastic Trimming and has Rubs like crazy but who cares. As you can see from the pics this wheel and tire combo can be done!** With this 2011 GMC Sierra 1500, the stance is Super Aggressive 3"-5". Also remember spacers impact fitment, this ride is running 2" in front and 2" in rear.
