How Do I Pay For My Order?
WTFinancing offers multiple payments options which are extremely to use and 100% secure. Included in our payment options are:
1. Paypal – Either through a Paypal account or guest.
2. Affirm – Our monthly payment finance option for all wheels, tires, and suspension available in our store. Get more information on Affirm HERE.
Whether you use Paypal or Affirm, your credit card information is 100% secure. Not only is your information secure, but these payment options come with built-in buyer protection on ALL orders.

What does “free mount and balance” mean? Are they installed on my vehicle?
Free mount and balance is included with any wheel and tire package. Mounting includes installing the tires on the wheels using our state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, our packages include free balancing using adhesive weights and standard chrome valve stems. However, mount and balance does not include free installation onto your vehicle.

Can I trust WTFinancing?
It goes without saying that purchasing online can be terrifying. However, our presence online continues to grow above our competition. We stand behind our products and services so you can rest assured knowing you’re in the right hands.

Do I need to worry about sales or duty tax?
Sales tax only applies to wheel/tire shipment addresses within IL and Ohio and to pick-up wheel packages at our Saint Charles, Illinois warehouse. International customers may be charged by government entities for duties/taxes when product arrives. WTFinancing does not pay for these additional taxes and fees.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns or cancellations without tires mounted on the wheel will carry a 20% restocking fee. If wheels and tires have been mounted, we are not able to accept a return. Any concerns about fitment should be discussed prior to order with our staff. Once your order has been confirmed and mounting has concluded, we will not be able to accept any returns.

For wheel only orders, you are responsible for fitment prior to tire mounting. Once tires are mounted, WTFinancing is unable to allow refunds even for fitment issues. For wheel and tire package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting. Tires with any mileage on them cannot be returned.

All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt. If approved, all products must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded after goods have been returned and shown in approved condition. Payment will be returned in the way it was initially submitted by the customer.

Deciding Fitment comes down to the customer. If you do not know, please ASK!
You will often see our customers go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered my manufacturers. They are doing this by making trimming modifications to make their kit fit. Because of this reason, we fulfill the order under the basis that you understand that modification may be needed.

TPMS, bolt pattern, and lug nuts are guaranteed to be correct when provided with year, make, and model.

If you have questions or do not know the proper fitment on lifted, lowered or even stock applications – email us at sales@WTFinancing.com. Some cases may require minor trimming to accommodate oversized tires or wheels. Additionally, WTFinancing cannot guarantee fitment on custom drilled wheels but WTFinancing will act as mediator if the wheel company creates a mistake on your order.

Are quoted prices forever?
Website prices are continuously updated. If you were sent a quoted price via email, they are valid for 30 days. After that time has expired, a re-quote will be necessary as manufacturers frequently update their pricing. WTFinancing’s social media advertisements are valid for 7 days from the posted date.

Can you do international shipping?
In short, yes. We frequently ship to countries all over the world. Unless otherwise specified, WTFinancing shipping covers freight only orders. If applicable, additional fees are collected locally and are not included in your total price. Have questions? Please email us at sales@WTFinancing.com

Do You Offer Financing?
Yes, we do! Our partnered company is called Affirm. we offer fixed monthly payment options with annual interest rates ranging from 0-30%. You can also be pre-approved through Affirm and have your “virtual wallet” ready for when you find your dream setup! Upon checkout, you can specify how you would like to pay, whether immediately or through monthly payments. If monthly payments are chosen, you will be asked a few questions regarding yourself prior to being shown financing options. Once you accept the loan, WTFinancing will begin processing your order. Because of our partner with Affirm, you will receive your wheels immediately after order and don’t have to wait until your first payment!

Is there a local pickup for wheels and tires?
Absolutely. Our pick-up location is located in Saint Charles, Illinois. If you’d rather pick up your set in person, let us know and we’ll schedule a time for pickup! Note: Illinois sales tax will apply. To schedule a pickup, please email us at sales@WTFinancing.com.

Are you selling used or blemished wheels?
No.

Do You Sell Tires Too?
Yes. We have access to thousands of potential tires for your vehicle. WTFinancing also offers free mounting and balancing so that your wheel/tire package will be ready to go when it arrives at your doorstep.

What is the difference between directional vs non-directional wheels?
All forged wheels are directional. This means that the spokes will be facing the appropriate direction on both driver’s and passengers side. Most, if not all cast wheels are non-directional, even if they have directional spokes. Brands like American Force, Specialty Forged, and Fuel Forged have a much higher price than their cast counterparts. This is because their wheels are custom built to order and have the ability to make their wheels directional.

Will My Order Come with anything extra like TPMS sensors?
If the wheels are made with center caps, they will be included. Lug nut sets are available at an additional cost (with free shipping if ordered with your wheel order) and includes all the lugs needed. you may also choose 4 locking lugs w/socket. We provide 4 chrome valve stems for free.

When installing the wheels, lugs should be hand-torqued in a star pattern and not installed using an impact tool.

TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost and are NOT included in your wheel and tire package. For our wheel and tire packages, the price includes free installation of the sensors into your wheel and tire package. Note: Some newer vehicle models or sensors may require a re-programming process to sync with the new TPMS sensors.

What do I do if I have a question on vibration or warranty?
If wheels are having a slight vibration after installing large mud tires or other aggressive setups, you will feel them. You will also feel more feedback in the steering wheel; this is normal. Please email us at info@WTFinancing.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Balance Beads – Balance beads are not guaranteed. Our state-of-the-art system allows us to maximize balance on your wheel and tire setup, but there are cases of additional variance that are custom to your vehicle. While it is rare, some wheel and tire assemblies simply do not balance out perfectly with this type of balancing technique. Damage Upon Receipt – Upon delivery, be sure to inspect your order BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, be sure to notate on documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE SIGNING and accepting shipment. Unfortunately, while it is rare, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can occur and it MUST be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit ONLY IF all damage is noted with the courier BEFORE signing the documents. If the damage is NOT noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim.

All wheel and tires come with a FULL manufacturer’s warranty. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the warranty on a specific product and we will be happy to assist. Please note: WTFinancing will cover the costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from date of delivery.
