2017 INFINITI Q50 Red Sport 400

Rims started to peel off after three weeks as if they were plasti dipped or cheaply spray painted. They did offer to send me new ones if I ship the old ones in, but this would have been a major inconvenience for me. Also, why ship it in for the new ones to do the same thing in another three weeks!? After spending 3K on rims and tires I should not have to deal with this. Especially not three 3 weeks later. Do Not Buy! You have been warned..

Got these wheels with a package and was super excited to install them they looked great. Less than a month after install and less than 1000 miles on them and the paint was peeling off on not one, not two, but THREE out of the 4 wheels. I reached out to make a warranty claim as that short of a time to have paint flake off certainly would be covered right? No, they made me wait two weeks while they reviewed a total of 5 pictures to tell me it would not be covered under warranty and that the best they could do is have me ship them down to Houston and they can replace the lips. Not standing behind their work in the least, I specifically spent more and got these as people talked about poor finish on cheaper wheels. Poor finish here save the $.

Got the rims and tires which was already mounted/balanced and had tpms installed (optional add on that you have to buy) which made the installed so much easier. It fit the car very easily like a glove and looks really good! Highly recommend.

Wheels are peeling not even 6 months purchased I have had my car in the garage over the winter time and I take it out side for cleaning and noticed they are peeling around the edge of the rim iam not sure if this happen to some one else or just me but I spend over 3k after mound and balanced of tires on these wheels and I would like to resolve this iam not happy this happen to me .

Delivery Inspection (Damage)

  1. For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.

  2. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary

  3. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.
