I had more than a few questions. I also had an issue where the factory, NOT Fitment Industries- sent 3 correct wheels and one wrong wheel. The staff here was super responsive, got the issue taken care of immediately... like really fast! Wheels look beautiful, not a scratch on them. I'd definitely buy my next set of wheels here (or anything else for that matter.

We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, packaging, & shipping. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Delivery Inspection (Damage)

  1. For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.

  2. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary

  3. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.

Cancellations, Returns, & Order Changes

For orders outside of the US lower 48, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs for repacking, pickup, and transportation of the return.


Warranty
